Item Code: 101276

Lockout tags comply with OSHA lockout standard. Feature a reinforcing brass grommet with 3/8" dia. to accept most padlocks. All tag material surfaces allow for easy personalization of tags with name, department and estimated completion information as required by regulations. Choose from three durable materials:

• Heavy-Duty Polyester (B-837):
Durable polyester laminate protects graphics and holds up against water, grease and extreme temperatures. Heavy-duty construction prevents accidental removal. Withstands up to 80 lbs. pullout force. 7/16" Diameter brass grommet. 5 1/2" x 3".

• Economy Polyester (B-851):
Rigid polyester surface is easy to write on and stays legible longer. Exceeds OSHA 50 lb. pullout requirement. 3/8" Diameter brass grommet. 5 3/4" x 3".

• Cardstock (B-853):
Cardstock material accepts pen, pencil and marker writing. Cost-effective tags designed for one-time use. 3/8" Diameter brass grommet. 5 3/4" x 3".
